Clients and partners must maintain respectful and professional communication. Elvanex reserves the right to terminate engagements in cases of misconduct.

3. Intellectual Property

All materials created by Elvanex remain its intellectual property until full payment is received. Unauthorized use or redistribution is prohibited.

4. Confidentiality

All business strategies, pricing, internal documents, and client data must remain strictly confidential.

5. Payments & Refunds

• Payments must be made according to agreed terms
• Late payments may pause service delivery
• Refunds are not guaranteed once work has commenced

6. Limitation of Liability

Elvanex is not liable for business losses caused by misuse of delivered materials or third-party platform failures.

7. Termination

Services may be suspended or terminated if terms are violated or payments are not honored.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable international business regulations and Elvanex’s jurisdiction of registration.
